In this post we will learn how to create an android virtual machine/emulator in android studio. Follow the following steps to create virtual machine in android studio:
Step 1: Click "AVD Manager" Button
Step 2: Click "Create Virtual Device..." button.
Step 3: Choose Phone from category , Choose Device(e.g. Nexus S) , Click "Next" button.
Step 4: Choose Release Name(e.g. Nougat) Click "Next".
Note: if you have not downloaded any system image there is an option of downloading , click to download and do this step after downloading...
Step 5: Enter AVD Name and Click "Finish" button.
Step 6: That's all your virtual machine is created , you can see in the virtual devices list:
